GENERAL

David Payne (“David Payne”, “we”, “us”) recognizes and understands the importance of the privacy of its users (“users”, “you”) and wants to respect their desire to store and access personal information in a private and secure manner. This Privacy Policy applies to the Life Reminders application and describes how David Payne manages, stores, and utilizes your Personal Data.

In order to use our app, we require you to consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data before you start using the app. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use the app.

David Payne is committed to protecting the privacy of all of its users’ Personal Data and providing a secure, user-controlled environment for the use of the app.

PERSONAL DATA YOU PROVIDE

Account Credentials. In order to use the Life Reminders App Services, you are required to log in with an Account Authentication Mechanism such as Google Sign-in. When creating an account, Life Reminders stores a hashed version of your Account Authentication Mechanism for authentication and/or verification purposes. We use a third-party service provider for verification and authentication.
Feedback/Support. If you provide us feedback or contact customer support, we collect your name and e-mail address and possibly other Personal Data (e.g., IP address), as well as any other content that you send to us in order to reply and address any issue. If you contact customer support, we also collect and retain certain technical diagnostic data, such as your phone model. We may keep records of our communication with you, including any complaints we receive from you about other users (and from other users about you).
Photos and Audio. If you upload a photo while using the Life Reminders App Services, you will be required to permit Life Reminders to access your camera and photo gallery, in which case Life Reminders will have access to the camera and photos stored in your photo gallery.

We are a Data Controller of your information.

LOG DATA

David Payne wants to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

COOKIES & USAGE DATA

This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services.

USAGE DATA

When you access the Service with a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).

YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Life Reminders uses Firebase (Google) as its backend to sync your data between devices. Authentication is handled via Google Sign-in. All data is stored securely and is not shared with any third party except as described in this Privacy Policy.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Should you ever decide to delete your Account, you may do so by emailing [email protected]. If you terminate your Account, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account.

SECURITY

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

PAYMENT TERMS

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

IN-APP ADVERTISING

The Life Reminders app displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use Facebook Audience Network (via AdMob mediation) to serve ads. These services may collect and use data about your device and usage to serve personalized ads.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

UPDATES OR CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Occasionally, we may change or update this Privacy Policy. If David Payne would use your Personal Data in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will provide you with a notice on our Website and in the Life Reminders Mobile Application indicating that the Privacy Policy has been changed or updated and request you to agree with the updated Privacy Policy.
