“Notification Popup” option is not working anymore when application is not running. This started with android 10, Google introduced a new restriction that has removed the permission to open activity from background.
Once again this is forcing me to remove a feature from Life Reminder (https://www.lifereminders.eu/google-developer-policy-update/). I tried a couple of work arounds but none of them have been working or stable.
This option wont work if you are using android 10 or newer, it will be removed in the next big update.
