What sync does
Section titled “What sync does”- It keeps your reminders identical on every Android device where Life Reminders is installed. When you edit or dismiss a reminder on your tablet, the reminder on your phone gets updated too.
- It saves your reminders online, even if you only have one device. This helps when you change phones or factory reset your device.
Once it is on, you can forget about it.
Turn sync on
Section titled “Turn sync on”- Choose sync in the welcome wizard when you first install the app, or open the settings and select Sign In at the top of the screen.
- Read the text and select I fully understand and agree.
- Select the Google account to use. It must be the same account on all your devices.
Turn sync off
Section titled “Turn sync off”Open the Sync Params screen and select Sign Out.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Only reminders are synced, not the pictures attached to them.
- While sync is on, local backup and Dropbox are turned off. To restore a local backup, sign out first (see Restore Backup not available).
- Your device needs an internet connection to sync.
